yes! my blogging hiatus is finally over. well, after many months of just sitting around staring blankly at the four corners of my room, i have decided to create a new blog. yippee! and, (drumline please) making up my mind, I chose to name my blog the caffeinated dream. why i told you that even though i know you don’t give a damn, i have no idea.
so, for my very first (but not quite) post, I am giving you a list of things that I like about tiu. no, it’s not a typographical error. I am really listing things that I like about christopher john alandy dy tiu, aka chris tiu aka mr. dreamboy aka the-boy-you’d-like-to-take-home-to-meet-mama. whew. and i am pretty sure thousands of heads will nod in approval, if ever they saw this post. so, here it is…
what I like about tiu
1. he is one of the best shooting guards in the league (his three point shooting is off the hook!)
2. he always encourages his teammates, especially the younger ones (don’t you find that endearing?)
3. he almost never gets personal during a game (talk about a true sport!)
4. he sweats and he still looks fresh (don’t even get me started…)
5. he is uber rich (not that it matters much to me, but hey, admit it or not, it’s a plus)
6. he is chinito (i like my men chinky)
7. his soulful eyes seem to promise you the whole world (makes you fall for him even more)
8. he melts your heart when he flashes his boyish grin (sooo adorable!)
9. his face brightens up when he laughs (this, my friends, is like the eighth wonder of the world)
10. he listens to josh groban (don’t you just love him already?)
11. he isn’t a player (praise god!)
12. he is very very very smart (a management eng major and a consistent dl? this guy is unbelievable. plus, he received the highest honors during his graduation at xs)
13. he is driven (i’m almost speechless)
14. he does community service (may i say he is the hottest sk chairman ever!)
15. he knows his priorities (isn’t he husband material or what?)
16. he is humble (in every sense of the word)
17. he is genuinely nice (it’s irrefutable)
probably, most of you realize that the mere mention of chris’ name induces hysteria among college girls, but in my case, it’s a lot worse. if you happen to be one of my friends, you surely have an idea of the consequences when you bring him up in conversations. frankly, I can objectively describe it as something that resembles an epileptic fit. no kidding. I get all fuzzy and kilig when someone mentions him. sigh. all I know is i feel euphoric whenever I see him... and that’s the truth. he is simply tiu good to be true...
